摘要
目的 :观察平胃胶囊对实验性小鼠、大鼠胃溃疡动物模型的抑制溃疡及止痛作用。方法 :采用平胃胶囊组、溃疡宁组、雷尼替丁组、空白组分别进行实验。结果 :平胃胶囊对利血平溃疡、幽门结扎性溃疡、应激性溃疡和乙酸型溃疡胃液均有较显著的影响。结论 :平胃胶囊对实验性动物胃溃疡模型具有抑制胃酸、增强胃粘膜防御机制。
Objective: To observe Pingwei Capsule's inhibition of gastric ulcer and analgesic action. Method: Experimental study was made by dividing the animals into Pingwei Capsule group, Kuiyannin group, Leinitiding group, and blank control group.Result: Pingwei Capsule has a marked effect on gastric juice of reserpine ulser, pylorus ligation ulcer, stress ulcer, and acetic acid ulcer. Conclusion: Pingwei Capsule can inhibit gastric acid, strengthen the defense mechanism of gastric mucosa, and have anti inflammatory and analgesic action.
