摘要
经济农业→技术农业→战略农业,这是现代资本主义农业发展的历史序列,它的逻辑顺序反映了历史的实际进程。当生产关系成为农业生产力发展的主要障碍时,经济农业就具有决定意义;当农业劳动生产力低下,农业生产停滞不前,这时,发展技术农业就具有决定意义;当农业问题为人类在全球范围内的共同问题,并且关系到某个国家、某类国家在国际社会中的处境和作用,这时,战略农业就具有决定的意义。
Economic Agriculture--Tech--Agriculture--Strategic Agriculture, this is adevelopmental course of capitalist agriculture; its logic order reflects historical andpractical processes. When the relations of production becomes the chief obstacle tothe development of agro--productive force, economic agriculture gets its decisivemeaning;when agro-productive labour force is low and agro--procuction is stagnant,to develop tech-agriculture gets its decisive meaning; when agriculture problembecomes a global and common problem of mankind and affects a certain nation' s orcertain type of nations' status and role in international community, strategicagriculture gets its decisive meaning.
