摘要
中国的生态环境在清代所发生的严重恶化现象,是与清廷颁行有关政令的非良性影响可以看到密切相关的。从清廷实施的人口政策、屯垦移民政策和扩大满汉地主阶级经济特权的大政方针等方面,清廷的有关政令给自然生态带来的种种恶果。
Ecological environment of China seriously deteriorated in Qing Dynasty, which had close relation to the orders of imperial government. The policies such as population policy, farming and emigration policy and increase of privilege of the landlords of Man and Han nationality brought a lot of bad effect on natural ecology.
