摘要
目的 :探讨心脉汤对于治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :对 6 0例患者进行随机、单盲和前瞻性对照研究 ,随机将患者分为口服心脉汤煎液组 (治疗组 30例 ) ,口服复方丹参片组 (对照组 30例 ) ;所有患者均服药 4周。结果 :各组用药后冠心病心绞痛临床症状均明显改善 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :心脉汤煎液在临床应用取得了明显的疗效 ,该方对临床症状、心电图、血脂及血流变等均有明显改善 。
Objective:Investigate the curative effect of XinMai decoction on coronary heart disease (CHD) and angina pectoris patients. Methods:Go on at random, single blind and perspective comparative study to 60 patients. Patients were divided into two groups, including XinMai decoction group and red sage root group. All patients take medicine orally for 4 weeks.Results :The clinical symptom of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is obviously improved after using medicine in each group, there is significant difference.Conclusions:XinMai decoction can make obvious curative effect in clinical practice, it also can improve clinical symptom, electrocardiogram(ECG ), blood-lipid, blood rheology ,and so on, which offered the scientific basis in preventing and curing coronary heart disease (CHD) and angina pectoris patients and clinical application.
