摘要
本文认为,进一步解放思想,加快改革开放的步伐,把国民经济搞上去,必须建立和发展社会主义市场经济。党的十二届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于经济体制改革的决定》提出的有计划的商品经济,是我国经济体制改革和经济理论发展史上的—个重要里程碑,但它又具有很大的认识上和实践中的局限性,何况有计划不是社会主义所特有的标志,商品经济是人类社会经济发展不可愈越的阶段,具有共性,因此,用有计划的商品经济作为我国改革开放的最终目标模式不确切,已不能适应我国经济发展的要求。不能准确地、科学地反映我国将要建立的新的经济体制模式的特点。为此,必须建立和发展社会主义市场经济,按照市场经济的一般要求,运用市场机制,并结合中国的具体实际,建立具有中国特色的社会主义新体制模式。
The article holds that we must build and develop socialist market Economy in or der to furthur the thought liberation, Speed the reformation and develop the econo my. The Theory of Planning Commodity Economy has its own short points. Plan ning is not the special feature of Socialism, Commodity economy is a necessary stage in the develpment of any human Society. So using Planning Commodity Economy as the aimed model of our reformation is not correct, It Can not satisfy the requirement of the development of our economy, and can not reflect the feature of the new eco nomic system which will be built in our country. Thus, we must build and develop socialist market economy, according to the general requirements of market economy adopt the market mechanism and Combine it with the china s special condition in or der to treat a new system pattern which has china s charateristic.
