摘要
用5-HT溶液(10μmol/L)灌流豚鼠腹腔神经节,能使N型胆硷能兴奋性突触后电位(f-EPSP)的幅度明显增大,甚至达到阈值而产生峰电位,并使f-EPSP持续时间延长。上述作用不受肾上腺素能α、β受体阻断剂的影响,但能被5-HT能阻断剂赛庚啶可逆地阻断。实验结果表明,5-HT对豚鼠腹腔神经节N型胆硷能突触传递具有易化作用,且易化作用是由5-HT能受体介导的。
During perfusing the guinea pig celiac ganglia with serotonin (5-HT, 10μmol/L), the amplitude of N type cholinergic fast excitatory postsynaptic potentials (f-EPSP) significantly increased or reached to threshold level to burst spikes, and the duration of f-EPSP obviously delayed. The effects mentioned above were not affected by adrenergic α-and β-antagonists, but reversibly blocked by cyproheptadine, a serotonergic antagonist. The experimental results indicate that 5-HT can facilitate N type cholinergic synaptic transmission of the guinea pig celiac ganglia, and the facilitation effect of 5-HT is mediated by serotonergic receptors.
