摘要
目的 探讨舒喘灵气雾剂对毛细支气管炎的治疗效果。方法 选择106例住院毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予舒喘灵气雾剂,每天3次吸入。疗程结束后,观察毛细支气管炎改善情况。结果 治疗组有效率90％,对照组有效率17.4％,两组对比P<0.01,差异显著。结论 舒喘灵气雾剂对毛细支气管炎治疗效果佳,副作用小,值得推广。
objective To study the curative effect of Aerosol salbutamol treating the capillay bronchitis. Methods Choose 106 resident patients with finer bronchitis and divide them into 2 groups randmly, the therapeutic group and the contrd group. The control group were treated with standard method, on the basis of this, the therapeutic group was given atomize in breathe( 10ml) three times a day, observe the improvement after the therapy couse. Results The effective rate(90%vs17.4% )of the therapeutic group and the control group was significantly different(P<0.01). Conclusion The therapeuTic effect of Aerosol salbutamol on capillary bronchitis is better and has less side effect. It is worth popularing.
