摘要
虽然综合自动化系统在500kV变电所中应用已有几年,但由于该技术也一直处于不断改进和完善过程中,目前仍无统一的标准系统在系统中应用.本文针对500kV变电所自动化计算机监控系统设计过程的三个原则问题:监控组网方案、五防功能、与站内其他智能装置的通信接口进行重点讨论,对其中相关方案的功能特点及不足进行了分析总结,并对提高系统的可靠性、规约的标准化和扩大监控范围等方面提出了有益的建议.
Although DISA(distributed integrated substation automation) has been applied in 500 kV substations for some years,it is always in continuously improving and enriching,and there is no universal standard system applied in electric power system.The paper analyzes three fundamental problems in designing process of supervisory system of 500 kV substation:the first is the architecture of supervisory system communication,the second is the mode of the interlock system of preventing mishandling,the last is the communication interface of other intelligent electronic device in the substation.This paper analyzes the techniques,function and deficiencies of related project,and also takes some advice on improving reliability,standardizing the communication stipulations and extending the monitoring and control scope.
