摘要
指出在加入WTO的形势下研究我国地方政府职能的转变具有重要的现实意义;分析了当前福建地方政府职能存在与WTO规则不一致的共性和个性问题;提出在转变政府职能过程中除了采取全国类似的措施外,还需根据福建自身特点调整、增强某些新的职能的建议。
It is pointed out that it is of practical significance to make a study of functional transformation of local governments in China under the situation of her entry into WTO. Analyzing the general character and individuality of Fujian local government's function inconsistent with WTO rules, this paper suggests that besides taking similar measures in transforming governmental functions Fujian should adjust and strengthen some new functions by its own characteristics.
