摘要
叙述了杨树浦发电厂 0号汽轮机选用三偏心蝶阀作主汽阀和调节阀的经过 ,分析了三偏心蝶阀的特性和其在低压汽轮机上适用性 ,并就在启动过程中出现的故障 ,分析了故障原因和采取的解决措施 。
This paper depicts the process that triple eccentric butterfly valves work asemergency trip valves and control valves in No.0 turbine of Yangshupu power plant. Theis paper also analyses the characteristic of triple eccentric butterfly valve, its applicability for low pressure turbine and the causes of faults during turbine start up. The solutions are put forward and its experiences can be used for reference in low pressure turbine.
