摘要
将山东省东平化工总厂300t/a吗啉装置改造为低压法滴流床反应工艺后,达到了长周期稳定生产的目的,取得了良好的经济效益。并在此基础上,又新建了一套500t/a吗啉反应装置。
The reaction process by dripfluidized bed at low pressure was used to the morpholine unit (300t/a) of Dongping chemical general plant, the result showed that the production is stable and long periodic, gained a good economic benift. Thus, a new reaction unit (500t/a) of morpholine was builded at the above plant.
