摘要
本文以淀粉为基本原料,合成了乙二醇葡萄糖甙及聚氧乙烯醚化乙二醇葡萄糖甙系列表面活性剂,对配料比、反应温度、催化剂、pH值等反应参数及反应终点的控制方法进行了研究,对该系列的表面活性剂的乳化性能进行了测试。
The focal point of research in this paper is synthesis of ethylene glycol glycoside and fatty esters of polyethoxylated potyol glyco-sides. these surfactants were mixtures produced directly from low cost stargh. At same time the reaction temperature, pH, catalyst and ratio of raw material is tested. At last, the emulsion stability of this kind surfactants is measured and compared.
