摘要
目的 :比较大脑皮质向脊髓及延髓巨细胞网状核的投射并探讨是否有分支投射。方法 :将颗粒蓝 (GB)及核黄 (NY)分别注入大鼠的脊髓和延髓的巨细胞网状核 ,在大脑皮质观察标记细胞出现的部位。结果 :GB标记细胞出现在 2 4 ,10 ,8,6 ,4 ,3,1,2 ,2 3,2 9b ,2 9c ,18,7,13,39区。NY标记细胞出现于 2 4 ,6 ,4 ,3,1,2区。 4 ,3区内发现少量双标记细胞。结论 :大鼠大脑皮质向巨细胞网状核发出投射的神经元的分布区域 ,重叠于皮质脊髓神经元的分布区域内 ,4区和 3区内有少量向 2者发出分支投射的神经元 ,约占同区内皮质脊髓神经元的 5 %~ 10 %。
Aim: To compare the projection from cerebral cortex to spinal cord and gigantocellular reticular nucleus in rats and study the divergent collaterals from cerebral to them. Method: GB and NY were injected into the spinal cord and gigantocellular nucleus of rats separately.The distribution of labeled neurons in the cerebral cortex was observed. Results: The distributive areas of neurons labeled with GB included the cerebral areas 24,10,8,6,4,3,1,2,23,29b,29c,18,7,13,and 39.The neurons labeled with NY were found in the areas 24,6,4,3,1,and 2. A few double labeled neurons were found in the areas 4 and 3. Conclusions: The cortical regions projecting to gigantocellular reticular nucleus wholly overlapped the distributive areas of corticospinal neurons. A few neurons in the areas 4 and 3, comprising about 5%~10% of corticospinal neurons, provided collaterals to both spinal cord and gigantocellular reticular nucleus.
