摘要
急性CO中毒迟发脑病的发病率有逐年升高趋势,其发病机理说法不一,发病的早期预测指标也无定论,本病的出现预示病情危重,给诊断和治疗增添许多麻烦,致使伤残病死率极高。该文就急性CO中毒迟发脑病的研究动态做一简要介绍,以求新路及对策。
Morbidity of acute CO poisoning, delayed encephalopathy is rising every year. But it has had still no definite conclusion, forecast target about flare-up of disease is not finial conclusion. Because it happens, state of an illness is critical. It gives diagnosis and treatment some trouble and cause some disability and death. This paper gives a brief introduction about acute CO poisoning with delayed encephalopathy, so get new way and counter-measures.
