摘要
采用挤压铸造法制备出Si_3N_4晶须增强6061铝合金复合材料,复合材料抗弯强度790MPa,经T6处理后提高20%,显微硬度增加28%,用高分辨电镜对晶须和复合材料进行了分析研究,探讨了界面结构与复合材料性能的关系。
The Si_3N_4 whiskers reinforced 6061 Al composite material with bending
strength 790 MPa was prepared by technique of squeeze casting. After heat treatment under T6
regime, i. e. 530℃ 1h solutioning and 160℃ 24 h aging, an increment in strength and
microhardness may be over 20% and 28% respectively. The microstructures of Si_3N_4 whiskers
and Si_3N_4/Al interface were observed by means of HRTEM. The influence of interfacial struc-
ture on properties was also discussed.
