摘要
目的 :评价Twinbock矫治骨性Ⅱ类错引起的硬组织变化 ,探讨其矫治机制。方法 :选择 2 0例骨性Ⅱ类错患者 ,男 8例 ,女 12例 ,平均年龄 11.5岁。Twinbock矫治前后拍摄头颅侧位片 ,进行X线头影测量 ,以计算机统计分析。结果 :平均疗程 8个月 ,X线头影测量结果的改变主要为SNB角增大 2 .83° ,ANB减小 2 .2 5°,下切牙唇倾 ,下颌体长 (Go Gn)增大 ,覆盖减小。结论 :在生长发育期应用Twinbock矫治器治疗 ,可刺激下颌生长 。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Twin-block appliances on the hard tissues of patient with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusions.Methods:20 patients(male 8,female 12) were selected,average age being 11.5 years old. Lateral cephalograms in each cases were performed before and after treatment,andstatistical analysis was done with computer.Results:The treatment duration was 8 months on average,SNB angle was increased with a mean of 2.83 °,ANB angle was decreased with a mean of 2.25 °,the lower incisors tipped labially,mandibular body length(GO-GN) as increased. And the overjet was reduced.Conclusion:The method that treated patient with Twin-block appliance during growthing can stimulate mandibular growth,producing significant changes in profile.
