摘要
报导了用自制的送粉器进行 WC-CO 的激光熔覆工艺及气孔的研究结果。用合适的送粉激光熔覆工艺能获得外表光滑、冶金结合良好、稀释率低的熔覆层。实测了粉末利用率。气孔研究结果表明,在一般条件下 WC-CO 激光熔覆层很难避免气孔,不适于做锋利度要求高和刃部长的刀具。
The results of the research on laser cladding WC-Co by powder feeder were reported.Cladding layer,which is well metallugically bonded with substrate and has smooth surface and low dilution,was obtained.The powder utilization efficiency was detected.The result also shows that the gas porosities are difficult to be avoided in general cases,laser cladding of WC-Co is not suitable for sharp and long edged cutting tools.
