摘要
本文主要论述了5CrMnMo 锥齿轮精锻模在亚温区恒温超塑成形过程中同时渗硼,并在成形后直接升温至810℃淬火和500℃回火的组织特点及其对性能的影响。
The direct boronization of 5CrMnMo bevel gear precision forgingdie during superplastic formation of subcritical temperature range is describedin this paper.And also the effect of direct quenching at 810℃ and temperingat 500℃ after superplastic formation on the structures and properties of 5Cr-MnMo steel is discussed.
