摘要
提出一种仅用万用表和标准电阻就可以准确测量出直流母线和支路负荷正对地电阻、负对地电阻的新测量方法,这种方法能准确查找绝缘低故障支路;能定期检测直流系统对地绝缘,防止直流系统一点接地时继电器误动,提高发电厂、变电站的的直流系统可靠性。
This paper describes a new method by which the positive,negative resistance to ground of DC bus and branch could be tested precisely by mere use of universal instruments and standard resistors.The method can accurately locate branch with lowresistance fault,and can regularly test the ground insulation of DC system to prevent relay misoperation caused by system onepoint grounding,thus enhancing the DC system reliability in power plants and substations.
