粉煤灰催化空气氧化硫化钠溶液的研究

摘要 在溶液温度为30~60℃时,研究了热电厂粉煤灰作为空气氧化硫化钠溶液的非均相催化剂,并对粉煤灰来源和用量、搅拌速度、反应温度、粒度和空气流速等因素对反应的影响进行了探讨.结果表明粉煤灰具有良好的催化活性,在溶液温度为30℃,粉煤灰用量为4%(质量分数,%)时,反应速率是无灰时的3.5倍,催化氧化反应的活化能为:10.868KJ/mol;空气流速从0.05~0.60L/S变化时,S2的氧化速率不受空气流速的影响.与新灰相比,五次重复旧灰的活性下降了约30%. The potential of coal fly ash out of coal-fired thermal power plants used as heterogeneous catalyst in the air oxidation of aqueous sodium sulfide(Na2S) solutions in the temperature range of 30-60℃ was studied and the effects of fly ash dosage,source of fly ash,speed of agitation,air flow rate,temperature and particle size on the reaction rate of S2-were explored.The results show that fly ash has a satisfactory catalytic activation;4 % coal fly ash dosage intensified the reaction rate by a factor of 3.5 over that of without fly ash at 30℃;the apparent activation energy for catalytic reaction was found to be 10.868 kJ/mol of Na2S;the air flow rate in the range of 0.05~0.60 L/s has an effect an the rate of reaction.The deactivation of the catalytic effect of fly ash was found to be less than about 30 % even after the fifth repeated use.
