摘要
本文以改进热处理数据库中各类硬度转换和各种钢的硬度—强度转换数据的存储策略为目的,讨论了使用单变量回归计算机软件研究参数转换数学模型的方法。利用此模型计算的结果证明这种方法是有效的,而且改善了数据库存储环境和用户界面,提高了数据库的智能化水平。本文还探讨了合金元素对强度、硬度转换的影响规律和原因。
The present work attempts to tind a strategy that can improve the data deposit for the transformation between two kinds of hardness or between hardness and strength of various steels in a Heat Treatment Database. A method of mathmodel for transformation between two parameters is discussed by means of a software of simple variable regression. The calculation results show that the method which improves the deposit environment, user interface and intellectual level of database is available. The influence of alloying elements on laws of hardness—strength transformation has been approached and explained.
