左向右分流型先天性心脏病患儿血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α、T细胞亚群变化的临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的　通过对左向右分流型先天性心脏病 (先心病 )患儿血浆肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)及T细胞亚群的研究 ,探讨细胞因子及细胞免疫在先心病心衰中发生发展的意义。方法　对 2 7例先心病心衰患儿、2 0例先心病非心衰患儿及 2 0例正常儿童采用双抗体夹心检测TNF α、荧光免疫ABC染色计算CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4 /CD8比值。结果　先心病心衰组TNF α含量明显高于非心衰组及对照组 ,且在心功能各级间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;重度心衰组CD3、CD4、CD8均低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　TNF α参与先心病心衰的发展过程 。
