介绍了难分离物质最佳气相色谱分离条件 (固定相 ,柱类型 ,载气压力与流速 ,柱温度 ,汽化室温度及进样量 )的选择原则 。
The principles for selection of operational conditions of gas chromatography for analyzing substances difficult to separate are investigated.The operational conditions concerned are solid phase,column type,pressure and flow rate of carrier gas,temperature of column,temperature of vaporizer and sample injection volum.The problem of how to use these principles to the practical samples is discussed.
