摘要
从现代远程教育的发展现状入手 ,介绍了远程教育的发展历史和特点 ,进而阐述了数字图书馆建设的基本框架。
The paper introduces the history and characters of distance education and discusses the framework of the systematic functioning and building strategies of the digital library and its functions in distance function.
