Progress of Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 Ceramic Composites

摘要 本文较全面、综合地总结和评述了 Al_2O_3-ZrO_2陶瓷复台材料的研究成就;分析和比较了该材料的显教结构和力学性能及其它们之间的关系。指出继续提高该材料断裂韧性、改善其高温性能以及在连续温度变化中保持稳定的高韧性的措施是引入 SiC 晶须,进行 ZrO_2、SiC 晶须的双重复合韧化. The achievments made in Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 ceramic composites have been sum- marized and comprehensively reviewed.The microstructure and mechanical properties of these materials have been analysed.It is pointed out that SiC whisker should be added together with ZrO_2 in order to obtain higher toug- hness and better high temperature properties and to keep high toughness in a continuous temperature field.
