摘要
结合跨度为 2 9.96m的足尺槽形梁模型试验 ,采用有限元分析方法 ,模拟预制主梁现浇道床板的施工全过程 ,分析了槽形梁在制作与正常使用阶段下的受力与变形特性 ,讨论了槽形梁道床板的剪力滞、有效宽度、道床板与主梁间的纵向水平剪应力、腹板的主拉应力以及支点不均匀沉降对槽形梁受力的影响 ,检算了槽形梁的竖向刚度 。
Based on a full scale test of U-shaped girder bridge with a span of 29.96 m,a finite element study is carried out to simulate the production process of a U-shaped girder bridge that is designed with the pre-cast main beams and cast-in-situ slabs.The behavior characteristics of the girder during production and in running operation are systematically analyzed.The discussions are emphasized on the shear lag,effective width of the girder slab,the longitudinal shear force between the main beams and the slab,the principal stresses on the beam web as well as the influence of the differential subsidence among the supports on the U-shaped girders.Suggestion is proposed for the design of the railed bridge with the U-shaped girder.
