摘要
讨论“信息空间”的基本含义和信息空间的疆域与组成,分析全球互联网在技术、组织和观念3个层次上的历史变革,继而对信息时代宏观战略环境的变化及其特点进行探讨。
Starting from the epoch-making changes brought about by the information revolution, this pa-per discusses the concept of infosphere, its rise and construction, and analyzes the historic transformation from
three levels——technological, organizational and conceptual. Some major macroscopic manifestations of the
change of strategic environment are summarized.
