高校合并不仅给图书馆提出了挑战 ,更提供了许多发展机会。本文主要就图书馆合并后采取何种管理模式和运行机制提出了自己的见解。
The combination of university give library not only challenges but also chances.This article major on the managing mode that library takes.Aiming at zhejiang ocean university,the author bring forward some individual advice.
