With the entrance of 21st century,knowledge innovation and shared knowledge resources have become the focus of social concern.Knowledge resources serve as the soul and source of knowledge innovation.Internet creates information environment for highly shared knowledge resources.CNKI knowledge oriented project provides the society with a model of highly shared knowledge information.This paper discusses the strategies to realize highly shared knowledge resources.
