摘要
西部开发应该转变观念 ,由过去开发自然资源为主转向进行信息资源的开发。本文从西部地区信息资源分布及建设现状这一角度入手论述了实施信息资源开发战略对西部地区发展的重大意义 ,并就西部信息资源开发战略的实施提出了一些思路和构想。
In the development of West China,the concept should be changed from natural resources developing exclusively to information resources developing.This article states the great significance of putting the information resources strategies into practice.It is based on the situation of western information resources distribution and construction.At last the accesses to the execution of western information resources developing are also put forward.
