摘要
中小企业融资难是世界范围内长期、共同存在的麦克米伦缺欠现象 ,其实质是一种市场失灵。解决这一难题 ,不可能在市场内部找到药方 ,只能通过政府这种看得见的手 ,组建致力于支持中小企业发展的政策性金融机构 ,才是治本的理性选择。
Financing issue of small-and-medium sized enterprises is the long-term and co-existence world state of Macmillan lack. The essence of this problem is market failure. For this reason, we cannot find the prescription to resolve the issue from the market. The only and rational choice is using the visible hand and establishing the policy banking to promoting the development of small-and-medium sized enterprises.
