小细胞肺癌早期的X线及CT表现分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的　探讨小细胞肺癌 (SCLC)早期的 X线、CT表现 ,分析其分型及组织学诊断方法。方法　对经病理组织学确诊的 1 6例小细胞肺癌的初次 X线平片及 CT片进行分析。根据小细胞肺癌的特殊细胞生物学特征 ,将其大致分成中心型和周围型两类。结果　肺内结节或肿块、肺门与纵隔广泛淋巴结肿大、肺内肿块少空洞、少不张呈流注性生长是小细胞肺癌的影象学特征。结论　根据 X线或 CT特征再结合经皮穿刺活检 ,可大大提高
