胎儿额叶大脑皮质在发育过程中的形态计量分析 被引量:3

摘要 本文以8个胎龄组的13例胎儿额叶大脑皮质为研究对象,通过对大脑皮质各层厚度、总厚度及大脑皮质各层神经细胞数密度测量,从形态计量的角度探讨人胎儿额叶大脑皮质发育规律。结果表明,随着所取胎龄组胎龄的逐渐增大,胎儿额叶大脑皮质各层厚度及总厚度均呈逐渐增大总趋势,而大脑皮质各层神经细胞数密度呈下降总趋势。 The human fetal frontal cerebral cortexes of 12 cases (8 age groups) were taken as the studied objects in this experiment.The thickness and the neuronal numberical density of fetal frontal cerebral cortex were measured in each individual layer.It is from morphometry angle that we explored the developmental rule in the human fetal frontal cerebral cortex. The result showed that the tickness of each or total layer in fetal frontal cerebral cortex all increased, but the neuronal numberical densities of each layer in it redused in pace with the increase of the fetal ages (24-43 weeks)in this experiment.
