摘要
本文从窃电后的证据获得方面对IC卡电能表的安全性进行了讨论。提出了通过在售电系统与计量系统上增加安全防护的方法增强IC卡电能表的安全性,从而避免了单纯提高IC卡本身的安全性带来的系统成本的问题。用本文出的方法对现有的IC卡电表的进行改进可以使现有的IC卡电表的安全性高于传统的机械式电能表。
A new safety strategy of IC card kilowatt-hour meter is presented in this paper. The strategy is based on the meter and the manage system but not the IC card itself, so it can avoid the cost rise of the system. It can improve the current IC card meter safety and has a great significance in the application.
