苍蝇诱毒剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文报告了16种动、植物及化学引诱剂单方和10种复配方对家蝇的引诱力。结果表明单方的效果比复配方差。最好的复配方为10%红糖、5%淀粉、0.02%粪臭素、0.5%乙醇、1%酵母浸出汁。以较好的引诱剂加溴氰菊酯和敌百虫等胃毒型杀虫剂组成二种诱毒剂,经实验和现场应用,证明具有较好的诱杀效果,与对照(灭蝇精)相比,诱杀的苍蝇数量多,无复苏现象。 This paper reports the attractive effect to Musca domestica vicina of 16bio-and chemical materials and 10 admixtures as baits tested in laboratory.The results showed that the effect of single material is not as good as theadmixture. The most attractive material consisted of combination of red sug-ar 10%, starches 5%, skatol 0.02% alcohol 0.5%, yeast extract 1% inaqueous solution. Its attractive effect is enhaced three times more than thecontrol (red sugar). Two attractive-toxic agents consisted of the most attra-ctive material and insecticide, decomethrin and trichlorphon respectivelywere tested. By the laboratory and field trial, its attractive-kill effects tothe house fly are better than the control.
