摘要
为了满足快速检测和自动分选的需要 ,研制了MLT I B型抽油杆漏磁探伤机。该系统可实现抽油杆无盲区自动快速检测 ,对缺陷部分自动准确喷上标记 ,并对抽油杆进行自动分选 ,检测速度为 2 5m/min。
MLT-I-B magnetic flux leakage testing system was developed to meet the needs of rapid inspection and automatic sorting. Automatic inspection and sorting of sucker rods and accurate mark of defect area were realized by the system. The testing velocity was 25m/min.
