摘要
广东高要河台金矿投产时建成500t/d破碎及250t/d磨浮能力的选矿厂,在扩建高村、云西矿区时又相继建成500t/d的磨浮车间,磨浮能力大于破碎能力。1999年进行破碎系统技术改造,采取缩小筛孔尺寸,调小排矿口,改大筛分面积与增加作业时间等措施,使破碎能力达到750～800t/d;2002年又通过增设破碎设备、增加筛分次数与降低入选粒度的办法,使选矿厂破碎系统达到1000t/d的生产能力。
Hetai Goldmine,Gaoyao,guangdong put into production has established 500t/d tattered and dressing company,which has mill and floatation capacity of 250t/d. We have established mill and floatation workshop of 500t/d constantly during extended Gaocun,Yunxi mineral,the mill and floatation ability was high than tattrered ability. We have tattered system's technology reform in 1999,adopted reduce sifter-hole size,narrow mine exit,enlarge sifter area and increase working time,etc. Now we have tattered capacity of 750-800t/d,In 2002 our mining company's have tattered capacity of 1000t/d via established tattered equipment,add screening times and cut dowm selection size.
