摘要
在高原地区治疗急性高原病(AMS)一般是紧急下送至低海拔地区,或者利用氧气钢瓶及其他产氧装置给氧。我们研制了一种在高原利用当地大气的轻便加压舱(袋)救治AMS病人的装置和方法。在平原低压舱(模拟海拔5000m)和高原现场(5190m)的人体试验中,对20名受试者的血氧饱和度(SaO_2)及心率(HR)进行了观察,结果表明高原轻便加压舱(袋)可以在短时间内模拟出低海拔高度,从根本上改善了AMS患者的低压、低氧环境,迅速升高人体SaO_2、降低HR,使AMS患者的缺氧症状得到明显改善。本装置为治疗和救护AMS患者提供了一种新的轻便而快速的手段。
This article introduced the basic structure and features of the altitude
air compressed dag. Blood oxygen saturation and heart rate of 20 subjects
were observed in the hypobaric chamber and field experiments. The results
showed that the air compressed bag can simulate different altitudes above
sea level thus can radically improve the hypobaric and hypoxic environment
for AMS patients, rapidly increasing their blood oxygen saturation and
decreasing their heart rate. So it can provide a new method and device in
treatment and lifesaving for AMS patients
