真空原位氧化工艺参数对析出Al_2O_3显微形貌的影响 被引量:1

Effect of processing parameters for In-situ oxidation in vacuum on micromorphology of precipitated Al_2O_3 particals

摘要 采用一种新型的真空原位氧化工艺制备了Al2 O3 /Cu复合材料。本文主要讨论新工艺参数对原位氧化析出的Al2 O3 颗粒的数量、分布、粒度的影响。结果表明 :在真空环境下 ,原位氧化工艺更易于控制 ,析出的Al2 O3 颗粒为椭球形 ,粒径、颗粒间距均小于 1μm ,均匀、弥散分布在基体上。升温速率、反应温度、原始粉末中Al的含量均对Al2 O3 颗粒的析出及分布有显著的影响。由于Al氧化的强放热效应 ,三者必须合理匹配 。 A Al 2O 3/Cu composite has been successfully prepared by using a new in situ oxidation reaction in vacuum The effect of the processing parameters on the amount,distribution and microstructure of Al 2O 3 particles formed by in situ reaction was discussed The results show that the in situ reaction in vacuum is easy to be controlled,and ellipsoidal Al 2O 3 particles formed during this process are uniformly dispersed in copper matrix with average particle size and particle space of less than 1μm The heating rate,reacting(sintering)temperature and Al content in primal mixing powders have remarkable influence on the precipitation and the distribution of Al 2O 3 particles Only when the processing parameters are matched reasonably,the Al 2O 3/Cu composite with excellent properties and microstructure could be prepared because of the exothermic effects of Al resulting from the in situ process Therefore,different reacting temperature and the heating rate should be established according to different Al content in Cu-Al alloy
