不同年代冬小麦品种光合特性差异的研究 被引量:10

摘要 选择不同年代的3个代表性小麦品种 ,从光合特性及相关性状加以分析比较结果表明 :就光合速率而言 ,新品种小麦并无明显优势 ,但其光合面积和光合时间明显高于老品种 ,叶绿素含量提高不明显 ,叶绿素a/b比值略有下降 ;新品种株高降低幅度大 ,各节间缩短明显 ,基部节间秆壁加厚 ,叶倾角和叶子长/宽比值减小 ,株型更加合理 ;新老品种的干物质分配曲线大致相似 ,但新品种的干物质向穗部的转移速率和数量明显高于老品种 ;单株产量构成因素方面 ,新品种的穗数、穗粒数。 Difference of photosynthetic rate and interrelated characteristics among three winter wheat varieties from different eras was studied.The varieties were Bima1,Jinan2 and Lumai14,which belonged to 50s,60s and the present varieties respectively.The results showed that present variety of Lumai14 had no significant advantage in photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic pigment(Chla,Chlb)content,but its photosynthetic areas and photosynthetic days were improved and the value of its Chla/Chlb,leng/width and angle of upper three leaves were smaller. The results also indicated that the plant height of Lumai14 became shorter,and the stem wall became thicker.The curves of dry matter distribution of three varieties were similar,while the quantity of dry matter translocated into spike of Lumai14 was superior to that of Bima1 or Jinan2.The grain yield per plant of Lumai14 was mainly dependent on the enhancing of grains per spike, spikes per plant,grain weight,and especially harvest index.
