摘要
介绍了一种赋予棉织物抗静电与阻燃性能兼容处理的方法。在棉织物中沿经向以 1.5cm～ 2cm的间距嵌织导电纱后 ,采用A型阻燃剂在高压喷射染色机上进行阻燃整理 ,使阻燃剂分子深入棉纤维内部 ,再经强力洗涤 ,清除导电丝表面的附着物 ,可赋予棉织物良好的抗静电与阻燃性能 ,经测试均满足抗静电与阻燃性能的要求。
The method of treating cotton fabrics with anti-static and flame retardant property is introduced. Along warp direction conductive yarn is set interval of 1.5 cm～2 cm, treatment applying A-type flame retardant agent in high-pressure dyeing machine can make the flame retardant agent into cotton fibre inside, and through washing strongly, surface adhere mass of conductive filament is cleared, the anti-static and flame retardant property of cotton fabrics is very good. The indexes of anti-static and flame retardant is satisfied by test.
