摘要
对8名健康不吸烟者,8名健康吸烟者,12例慢性阻塞性肺气肿不吸烟者,7例慢性阻塞性肺气肿吸烟者及5例支气管哮喘不吸烟者用^(131)I-三甲基羟基-间碘-苯二胺(^(131)I-HIPDM)进行肺胺代谢研究。发现在静注^(131)I-HIPDM后1h慢性阻塞性肺气肿吸烟组肺内^(131)IHIPDM滞留高于其他各组;24h健康吸烟组肺内^(131)I-HIPDM滞留高于健康不吸烟组;慢性阻塞性肺气肿吸烟组^(131)I-HIPDM在肺内滞留高于慢性阻塞性肺气肿不吸烟组。结果提示,吸烟是降低肺胺代谢功能的重要因素。
Forty subjects were divided into 5 groups; Group 1 was composed of 8 healthy nonsmoking subjects; group 2 included 8 healthy smokers; group 3 included 12 nonsmoking persons suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema; group 4 was composed of 7 smokers with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema; group 5 included 5 nonsmokers with bronchial asthma. 131I-HIPDM was rapidly injected into the antecubital vein. The influence of the lung amine metabolism in the smokers were analysed. Prolongation of 131I-HIPDM in the lung was showed in the smokers with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema in 60 minutes, and the healthy smokers, smokers with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema in the 24 hours after the injection of 131I-HIPDM. Smoking is an important factor of disturbance of lung amine metabolism.
