摘要
在原位灌流的大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注模型上,观察牛磺酸对再灌注损伤的影响。结果表明,20mmol/L的牛磺酸再灌注可明显缓解肝脏缺血再灌注损伤:脂质过氧化生成减少,肝细胞线粒体钙超载减轻,肝脏组织水肿程度减轻,细胞内蛋白和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的漏出减少。实验结果提示,牛磺酸对于治疗肝脏缺血再灌注损伤,可能具有临床应用前景。
The present work was undertaken to investigate the protective effect of taurine on ischemia-reperfusion damage of liver in rats. It was found that when 20mmol/L taurine was given after reperfusion markedly alleviated reperfusion injury of post-ischemic liver as evidenced by reduction of formation of lipid peroxidation product, mitochondria! calciumoverload in hepatocytes, degree of liver edema, as well as leakage of intracellular lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and protein. The results suggest that taurine may be useful in the prevention of liver ischemia-reperfusion injury.
