摘要
根据我国水资源人均占有量不足,时空分布不均,水体污染加剧等问题,提出了一些行之有效的解决办法,包括进行本流域内、年内水资源优化配置,跨流域水资源调度与调控,地面水、地下水、降水、土壤水的合理配置与调控,多水区域与缺水区域综合考虑等。
Based on problems of insufficient per capita water resources in Chi na , nonuniform time and space distribution, aggravated water body pollution, etc. this paper puts forward some effective solving methods such as the optimized all ocation of yearly water resources in the river basin, the interbasin management and control of water resources, the rational allocation and control of surface w ater, ground water, rainfall and soil water, comprehensive consideration of wate r-rich areas and water-deficient areas, etc.
