摘要
分析了水文工作面临的新形势、新情况、新要求,强调加快水文工作网络化、信息化建设的必要性和紧迫性。通过分析山西省水文工作中计算机及其网络建设的规模、应用情况和使用人员的素质,找出了存在的差距,提出了实现水文工作网络化、标准化、科学化目标的具体工作步骤和方法建议。
This paper analyses on the new situations, new circumstances and ne w requirements faced by the hydrologic work, and emphasizes the necessity and urge ncy of the networking and informatization construction of the hydrologic work. A nd through analyzing the construction scope, application situations, and personn el quality of computerization and networking of Shanxi's hydrologic work, this p aper finds out the existing differences, and puts forward the concrete procedure s and method suggestions for realizing the target of networking, normalization a nd scientificalization of Shanxi's hydrologic work.
