摘要
制度是影响经济过程最重要的因素。本文把制度理解为一个自我维系、动态演化的系统,该系统由许多具体的制度子系统构成。制度系统具有特定的结构特性,即各种具体的制度子系统之间存在着层次性与相关性。制度系统的结构特性决定了制度系统的均衡,制度的均衡在本质上说是其结构的均衡。
System is the most influential factor, which is understood as a self- supports and dynamic evolvement one in the article. The system is constructed by many sub- systems which are related and administrative. Structural feature of system suggests it must be balanced , which is essentially balanced in structure.
