摘要 牵拉反应和寒战在硬膜外麻醉阑尾切除术中发生率较高,临床常规用氟芬(氟哌啶和芬太尼)合剂或哌异(哌替啶和异丙嗪)合剂预防和处理牵拉反应和寒战,效果不确切,对呼吸、循环、消化道反应等影响较大.我院自1999年12月开始采用舌下含化曲马多片和静注盐酸曲马多注射液的方法,预防阑尾切除术中牵拉反应和寒战,效果满意,现报告如下.
