摘要
目的 改进心肌缺血再灌注模型制备 ,提高制模成功率。方法 采用成年SD大鼠制作心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,对传统造模方法进行了改进 ,不做气管插管 ,不剪断肋骨 ,冠状动脉结扎在胸外进行 ,冠状动脉结扎前放一引线 ,避免了二次开胸。大大减少了造模时间 ,提高了造模成功率。用心电图J点抬高与高耸T融合呈弓背向上的单相曲线 ,肉眼观及病理检查作为判断结扎成功指标。结果 造模 2 5只 ,成功2 0只 ,成功率 80 %。结论 本方法造模成功率高 ,心脏暴露好、结扎可靠 ,操作简单、方便。
Objective To improve the procedures and promote the rate of success in making model of ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods Adult healthy SD rats were used to establish myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model, in which trachea cannula was not administered, ribs was not cut off, the ligation of cornary descending branch was performed out of thoracic cavity, and a conduct line parallel to the cornary was put before ligation in order to avoid openning thoracic cavity again and reduce the period of model making. Electrocardiogram, observation by eyes after staining, and histology were used to assess ligation. Results Twenty-five rats were used for model making and twenty models were successfully made. The rate of success of model making was eighty percent. Conclusion This method is simple, convenient and reliable, and the rate of success is high.
