摘要
目的 为耳外科、颅底外科手术入路的选择和内淋巴囊的定位提供解剖学依据。方法 肉眼和手术显微镜 (×16 )下观测 31例 (6 2侧 )正常国人干颅骨标本的前庭导水管(VA)外口及其毗邻结构。结果 ①VA外口位于颞骨岩部后面的中份 ,外形多呈弧形 (5 9 6 8% ) ,平均长度和宽度分别为 (8 4 7± 3 4 2 )mm、(0 86± 0 36 )mm ;②VA外口与内耳门的平均间距为 (9 71± 1 38)mm ;③弓形下窝的出现率为5 4 84 %。结论 VA外口与毗邻结构有着稳定的解剖关系 ,可以作为手术时特定的解剖标志。
Objective To provide anatomical basis for the selection of operation approach of otolosurgery and skull base surgery and the location of endolymphatic sac. Methods The external aperture of vestibular aqueduct(VA)and its adjacent structures of 31 Chinese dry skulls (62 sides) were observed under naked eye and operative microscopy(×16). Results ①The external aperture of VA lay in the rear of the petrous temporal bone, similar in shape to an arc of 59.68%. Its average measurement was (8.47±3.42) mm in length and (0.86±0.36) mm in width. ②The distance from the external aperture of VA to internal acoustic meatus was (9.71±1.38) mm on average. ③In our material the subarcuate fossa was seen in 54.84% of the bones. Conclusion There is a constant relationship between the external aperture of VA and its adjacent structures. It is an important landmark for surgery.
