摘要
目的 研究豨莶草乙醇提取物改善微循环及止痒的作用。 方法 采用小鼠耳廓微循环实验和豚鼠组胺致痒阈实验。 结果 与对照组相比 ,莶草提取物可改善小鼠耳廓微循环并可提高豚鼠组胺致痒阈 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论
Objective To study the stimulating microcirculation and antipruritus effects of the ethanolic extracts of Siegesbeckia orientails.Methods The microcirculation of the mouse's auricles was observed and the itch on the cavy's place caused by histamine was also determined.Results Compared with the effects of the control groups,the extracts of Siegesbeckia orientails had the effects of improving microcirculation of the mouse's auricles and relieving the itch on the cavy's place caused by histamine (P<0.05).Conclusions The ethanolic extracts of Siegesbeckia orientalis have the improving microcirculation and antipruritus effects.
